Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Super Simple websites, apps, and related services handle personal information.

Effective July 21, 2026

1. Who we are

Super Simple is a suite of software products operated by Dialect Agency Inc. DBA Super Simple. In this policy, “Super Simple,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company. This policy applies to our websites, apps, waitlists, support channels, and related services. A product may provide an additional notice when its data practices differ from this general policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect your email address when you join a waitlist or mailing list, information you include in a support request, feedback you send us, and account details when a product requires an account.

App information

Our apps may process information you choose to import, create, or connect, including contacts, files, account identifiers, preferences, and provider synchronization data. We request device or account permissions only when needed for a feature you choose. Where a product is designed for on-device processing, its content stays on your device except when you direct the app to synchronize, export, share, back up, or connect to another service.

Purchases

App stores and payment providers process purchases. We may receive purchase status, subscription status, and transaction identifiers, but we do not receive your complete payment-card number from those providers.

Website and technical information

When you use our websites or services, we and our service providers may receive IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, diagnostic information, and security logs. Apps may provide crash or performance information when enabled or disclosed in the product.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Our websites may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies. Essential technologies help the site function, remember security choices, and prevent abuse. Preference technologies remember settings. Measurement technologies help us understand visits, performance, and which pages are useful. We may use service providers for hosting, security, analytics, and email delivery, and they may set or read these technologies for those purposes.

You can control cookies through your browser and, where required, through any consent controls we provide. Blocking some technologies may affect site features. We honor legally required opt-out signals, including a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, when it applies to our practices.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, synchronize, and improve products and requested features.
  • Operate waitlists, respond to support requests, and send product communications you requested.
  • Understand site and product performance and troubleshoot errors.
  • Protect users, products, and services from fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms, and establish or defend legal claims.

Where European or UK data protection law applies, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing our services, consent, and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on it.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information:

  • To vendors that help us host, secure, analyze, support, communicate about, and operate our products, subject to contractual restrictions where required.
  • To app stores, payment providers, and connected services when needed for a feature or transaction.
  • When you direct us to share, export, synchronize, or connect information.
  • When reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or investigate misuse.
  • As part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.

We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices before doing so.

6. Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing products, meeting legal and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting our services. Retention depends on the information, product, account status, and legal requirements. On-device data remains under your device and account controls.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

7. International processing

We and our vendors may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. Local privacy protections may differ from those where you live.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, know about, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. You may also opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in the message. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

To make a request, follow our data deletion instructions or email privacy@supersimplecontacts.com.

9. Children

Our general-audience products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through a developer-operated service. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when our products, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
